Brand: XRW - During the manufacturing process, aluminum is subjected to various stresses, especially in bending and welding areas, which weaken the mechanical strength of the parts. For this reason, at the end of the production process, ALL XRW parts are subjected to heat treatment, commonly referred to as tempering. (This is a high-temperature treatment that restores all mechanical properties of the alloy, reduces stress and increases the strength, durability, and elasticity of the parts). This process of thermal stabilization and increased aluminum resistance is exactly the same as used in the automotive and aerospace industries.
