1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to selected countries within Europe, including:
- Germany
- Austria
- Italy
- Netherlands
- France
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partner DPD using standard shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed the same day or within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
5. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time across Europe is:

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
6. Product Availability
If a product is not currently in stock:
- You will be notified immediately after placing your order
- We will provide a solution (alternative product, restock update, or refund option)
If you choose to proceed with the order:
👉 Delivery time may be extended up to 14 business days
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly through the DPD website.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately with details about the issue.
- For damaged items: we will cover the return shipping costs
- Items must be unused and in original condition
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
